We currently offer 50 “Bikram Yoga” classes per week. Classes are for all levels. You do not need to sign-up for a series in advance; simply show up a few minutes before any of our classes.Classes are 90 minutes long and are conducted in a room heated to about 105 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit to warm up the whole body,to work the body deep into muscles, tendons and ligaments and change/regenerate the body from the inside out. The class is designed for all levels-first-time students and experienced practitioners alike!
